My journey into the world of fitness began when I was 25 years old. It all started with a deep passion for the industry and a desire to transform my own life. 
 
Over the years, I've dedicated myself to the pursuit of bodybuilding because my love for anatomy in biomechanics, and it's been an incredible journey. Fast forward to today, I've not only achieved my fitness goals but have also become a certified personal trainer. 
 
Fitness has not only transformed my life but has become a fulfilling career, allowing me to inspire and empower others on their own fitness journeys. I'm grateful for the opportunities, my goal is to bring science & evidence based to the sport while helping my athletes bring their best physique on stage.
